Learned APP, on instructions, states that the police have recorded an FIR vide C.R.No.10 of 2025 at Nirmal Nagar police station on 07/01/2025 under Section 137(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The present Writ Petition is filed by father of missing girl, who is about 13 years of age.

Learned APP submitted that the investigation is going on in the right earnest. The girl has left with her friend and he is avoiding to cooperate. Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that during the investigation carried out so far has revealed that the girl is in West Bengal. H. C. Shiv 1/2

i.

Issue notice to Respondent Nos.1 and 3. Notice is made returnable on 03/07/2025.

ii.
