The learned Advocate, on instructions from the Petitioner, who is the biological father of the victim girl, submits that the girl has been found and prays that the Petition be disposed off. 2.

We called upon the learned APP to obtain instructions and make a statement.

Today, the learned APP places on record a report dated 3rd July, 2025 addressed to him by Shri Ramesh Wagh, Senior Police Inspector, Nirmalnagar Police Station, Mumbai along with certain documents (6 1/2

Trupti 917-wp-2962-2025 pages). The report is marked as 'X' for identification. He submits that the girl, who is around 13 years of age, has been admitted to Bhabha hospital. The report also states that she is pregnant. The father is with the girl in the hospital.

We direct the concerned police authorities to follow the due procedure and if there is no impediment, the custody of the girl be handed over to the Petitioner/father.
