During the course of hearing, we expressed our view that, prayers in the Petition cannot be granted, as it amounts to granting relief under Order 39 Rule 1 of C.P.C. 2) Advocate Mr.Phulwani, therefore sought time to take instructions and the Petition was kept back to be called at the end of the Board.
