Considering that the Bail Application is listed for hearing on 6th June 2025, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to raise all the grounds taken in the Petition before the Trial Court. Leave with liberty is granted.

In view of the aforesaid, the Petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
