Heard Ms. Shikha Raniwala, the Petitioner, who appears in person, Mr. S. A. Karmakar, learned APP for the Respondent-State and Mr. Pandey, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.2 to 4. 2.
The only relief which is sought in the present Petition is expediting the hearing of Interim Application filed in Domestic Violence Application No.44 of 2022 pending in the Court of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Girgaon, Mumbai. 3.
The position on record shows that the Interim Application in said DV proceedings is filed in the year 2023 and till date the Interim Application is not yet disposed of.

Ms. Shikha Raniwala, the Petitioner, who appears in person and Mr. Pandey, learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.2 to 4, state that the arguments on the Interim Application were partly heard on 10th September 2025.

As the Interim Application is pending for last about 2 years, the learned JMFC, 4th Court, Girgaon, Mumbai, is requested to dispose of the same within a period of 2 months from today. 6.
It is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits and all contentions on merits are expressly kept open. 7.
Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.

The Petitioner, who appears in person, states that there are some other reliefs which are also sought in the Petition. The Petitioner is at liberty to file separate petition for agitating the said prayers, if required. Contentions of both the sides in that behalf are also expressly kept open.
