The Petitioner Sangita, wife of Rohit Yadav, has entered into a Deed of Compromise dated 2nd July, 2025, with Ganesh Shivnath Yadav. The Petitioner's husband has also signed the said Deed. 2.

The First Party to the Deed, Ganesh Shivnath Yadav, is not a Respondent in the Petition. The compilation of the documents (45 to 52 pages), is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 3.

The learned APP submits, on instructions from Respondent No.6, that he would file a report, if the learned Court dealing with Criminal 1/2

Trupti 2-wp-3012-2025 Application No. 603 of 2025, quashes the First Information Report bearing No. 569 of 2025, registered on 12th May, 2025, with the Malwani Police Station.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not desire to pursue this Petition and prays that the same be disposed off.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.
