Learned counsel for the Appellant submitted that the order which is he challenging, is in the nature of interlocutory order and therefore, the Appeal under section 21 of the N.I. Act 2008 is not maintainable. He therefore seeks leave to convert this Appeal into Writ Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India.

Leave to amend for that purpose is granted. After the amendment is carried out, the matter be placed before the appropriate bench.
