P.C.:- 1) Learned Advocate for the Petitioners submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 7th July 2025, the Petitioners have deposited the said cost of Rs.1,00,000/- with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy and Research Center, within a stipulated period. 2) A praecipe dated 25th July 2025 along with the photocopy of the acknowledgment of Internet Banking issued by the Saraswat Cooperative Bank Ltd. and the photocopy of the passbook indicating that, the said amount is deposited with Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy and Research Center, is produced on record. 1/2

WP 3041-25.doc 3) Mr. Shah, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submitted that, the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 have also deposited the said cost of Rs.50,000/- with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy and Research Center by way of electronic transfer. The photocopies of receipts of transfer of the said funds issued by the HDFC Bank and Bank of India, Main Branch, Mumbai, indicating transfer of the said cost in the account of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, are produced on record.

4) In view thereof, the directions issued vide Order dated 7th July 2025, are complied with by the Petitioners and the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
