903. WP 3111 of 2025.doc vide order dated 15.02.2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 471 of 2021, page no. 27. Though the department challenged the said order before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, they have failed. The order is on page no. 48.

The trial Magistrate has refused to return the passport, however it is allowed by the Division bench of this Court as per order dated 06.01.2025, page no. 54. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to take permission of the trial court prior to going abroad. 4.
The Petitioner has applied for permission, however it was rejected by the trial court vide order dated 02.05.2025, page no. 82. 5.
During arguments learned Advocate Shri Mishra has invited my attention to the order dated 04.02.2025, page no. 165 and the operative order of page no. 217. According to him, the penalty imposed on the Petitioner and on company in which he is Director and none of these amounts are deposited.

Learned Advocate Shri Pathak submitted that his client has filed Writ Petition. He seeks time to produce their copies. 7.
