P.C.:- 1) This Petition is received through jail by the Registry of this Court on 19th May, 2025. It is the grievance of the Petitioner that, in last about 13 years, he was never released on furlough leave to meet his family members and in particular both his children.

2) Learned APP produced on record the Nominal Roll of the Petitioner received from Nashik-Road Central Prison. As per the said report, in last about 12 years, the Petitioner was released on furlough leave at least on 8 occasions. The copy of the said Nominal Roll is taken on record. 3) In view of the above, we find that the cause of action for filing of present Petition does not survive.

4) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
