1.
When this matter was mentioned at 11.00 a. m., an impression was given to us by Ms. Choubey, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, that a 14 years old girl has gone missing and the parents are searching for her. Since we were worried about the girl, we listed this Petition immediately on the production board.

Now, when the matter is called out from the production board, we find that we had already heard this matter and had passed an Order on 10.07.2025.
3.
The learned APP submits that the girl is still missing. Prima facie, she is not in the company of her male friend, with whom she had eloped on 11.02.2025. He submits that the investigating Officer, under the guidance and supervision of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, has vigorously tried to search out the missing girl. We feel that the investigation department should also watch the movements of the male friend of the missing girl, considering the past factual details of the case. 4.
List this Petition on 18.08.2025 to enable the learned APP to apprise the Court of the progress made in the investigation. Needless to state that in the interregnum, if the girl is traced out, liberty to circulate this matter.
