The State of Uttar Pradesh & Ors., Special Leave to Appeal (Cri.) No(s). 13578/2024, dated 15th October 2024, present Petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the above, learned Advocate for Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy of filing an Application for discharge before the trial Court. 1/2
