P.C:- The Investigating Officer, Saikheda Police Station has filed an affidavit, where some reference is to be found on the basis of a statement given that the girl shared close proximity with one person and even he is missing.

The affidavit has outlined the steps taken for tracing out the two missing persons. Since the Investigating Officer informs the Court that they are still investigating and making sincere attempt to trace out the missing girl, we deem it appropriate to list the proceedings on 19th January, 2026, with a direction to report this Court about the further progress in the steps taken.
