This is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The contention of the petitioner is that, his daughter was missing since 28.04.2025. Learned APP produced the statement of the Petitioner's daughter. She also produced a copy of the extract of General Diary Entry dated 17.01.2026 mentioning that the petitioner was informed that his daughter had got married and was residing with her husband, and she wanted to stay with her husband.
