In this Writ Petition relief sought is that Complaint No. PW/6400679 of 2018 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, 64th Court Esplanade be directed to be disposed of in time bound manner.

It is the contention of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner's Complaint i.e. Case No.PW/6400679 of 2018, alongwith F.I.R. No. 107 of 2018 are clubbed together. He submits that although about 7 years have passed, there is no progress. Dusane
