DATE : 26th JUNE, 2025 P.C.:- 1) It prima facie appears that, the Medical Certificate dated 13th June, 2025 of Mr. Kiran Appasaheb Shete, issued by Dr. Satish More, Medical Superintendent attached to Dr. Vikhe Patil Memorial Hospital, Ahilyanagar, is a genuine document. It is an admitted fact on record that, son of Petitioner has undergone abdomen sigmoid colostomy surgery on 6th May, 2025 and was advised to visit the said Hospital on 20th June, 2025 for planned closure of colostomy and to decide further surgical plan. 1/2

KVM 41 - WP 3266-2025.doc 2) Learned Advocate for Petitioner submitted that, the said closure of colostomy is scheduled tomorrow i.e. on 27th June, 2025 by the concerned Hospital.

3) In view thereof, the period to surrender by the son of Petitioner to Jail Authority is extended by two weeks from today. 4) Stand over to 11th July, 2025.

4.1) To be listed under the caption 'For Directions'. 5) All the concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this Order.
