Mr. Khan learned APP for the Respondent/State submits that the absence of the Petitioner on 12 January 2026 as also today is an indication that the Petitioner is not interested in pursuing with the Petition, as such he insists for dismissal. 4.

In view of above, Writ Petition No.3280 of 2025 is dismissed for non-posecution.
