DATE : 2nd SEPTEMBER, 2025 P.C.:- 1) Mr.Butala, learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioners submitted that, in pursuance of the Order dated 25th July, 2025, the Petitioners have deposited the said cost of Rs.2,50,000/- with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy and Research Center, within stipulated period. A praecipe dated 18th August, 2025 alongwith photocopy of acknowledgment for DD/NEFT/RTGS issued by IDBI Bank, Mahad Branch is produced on record.

2) Record indicates that, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 has also filed on record a praecipe dated 19th August, 2025 alongwith 1/2

3) In view thereof, the Petitioners and Respondent No.2 have complied with the directions issued by the Order dated 25th July 2025. 4) Remove from board.
