The learned APP submits that the convict ordinarily resides in Nagpur. The offence was committed in Nagpur, and he was convicted by the Sessions Court, Nagpur. He is presently lodged at Nagpur Central Prison. 2.

We direct the Registrar (Judicial-I) to verify whether this Petition could be maintained at the Principal Seat or has to be transferred to the Nagpur Bench.
