It is stated at the Bar that there are multiple First Information Reports lodged by the parties against each other. 2.

Mr. Advait Helekar, the learned advocate for the respondent no.2 states that there is a fair chance of amicable settlement of dispute between the parties.

Mr. Aditya R. Parmar, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, states that the petitioners are also ready and willing to settle their disputes with the respondent No.2. 4.

Post this writ petition along with Criminal Writ Petition Nos.2257 of 2024 and 693 of 2024 on 1st October 2025. 5.
