Having considered the submissions of the learned Senior Advocate on behalf of the Petitioners, the learned Advocate on behalf of Respondent No. 2, and the learned APP, the two contesting sides agree that the dispute inter se is purely of a civil nature. An agreement with the Petitioners has been terminated by the property owner. Respondent No.2, who claims to be the owner of the property, has entered into an agreement with another developer.

Both the sides agree that they would not utilize the services of 'bouncers'. Both have the choice of approaching the Civil Court for seeking redressal of their grievances.

In view of the above, we direct that the police authorities would watch the situation. If any party takes the law into their own hands and creates a law and order situation, the police authorities would initiate such steps as are permissible in law.
