It is true that that trial Court has recorded the statement under Section 313 of the accused on 05.02.2025, page no. 103. It seems that thereafter, the Complainant has filed an application for producing the video pen-drive. The Petitioner apprehends the delay in the disposal of the case, and that is why the present petition. In fact, the petition can be disposed of. I am granting one opportunity to the Petitioner. 3.
