Temporary Injunction Application No.3131 of 2025, is moved in Civil Suit No. 2674 of 2025. A reply to the Temporary Injunction Application has been filed, and the matter has been posted for hearing on the Notice of Motion since 16th April, 2025. Now, the matter is posted on 18th July, 2025.

Prima facie, we find that a dispute of a civil nature has now reached the doorstep of the police station.

We direct that the parties would address the Trial Court on the Temporary Injunction Application on 18th July, 2025. We expect the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Dindoshi, Mumbai to decide the said Application, on or before 31st July, 2025.

In the event the Petitioner has any grievance that a First Information Report is not being registered, he can take recourse to Section 175(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. All contentions of all the parties are kept open.

Any observation made in this order would not influence any Court dealing with the grievances of the parties. 6.
