We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned APP. After the hearing in this matter progressed to some length, we expressed our disinclination. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Respondent/Authority may at least be directed to deal with their complaint dated 13th June, 2024, addressed to the Police Commissioner, Pune.

The learned APP submits that the Petitioners have also approached the Pune District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Respondent No.2 shall deal with the complaint dated 13th June, 2024, filed with his office and Respondent No.3 shall deal with the complaint dated 25th June, 2024. Both shall follow the due procedure laid down in law by carrying out a verification or investigation into the matter. We make it clear that we have not expressed any view with regard to the merits or demerits of the said complaints. Let the concerned Authorities inform the Petitioners of the result of the said verification/inquiry into the said complaints. 5.

We expect the aforesaid exercise to be completed within a period of 90 days from today.
