1) Present Petition was heard on 2nd September 2025 and was closed for Judgment. While dictating Judgment and cross checking the record, it was noticed that, the Petitioner No.2 Prashant Chamankar was not accused in ACB Special Case No. 10 of 2016. It therefore appears to us that, the Petitioner No.2 has been erroneously impleaded in the present Petition as a Petitioner. We therefore listed the Petition today, under the caption 'for directions' for seeking clarification from the learned counsel for the Petitioners.

He therefore seeks leave to delete Petitioner No.2, Prashant Chamankar from the array of the Petitioners, with liberty to file a separate Petition by him for espousing his cause. 2.1) Leave and liberty granted.

3) Amendment be carried out during the course of the day. 4) Closed for Judgment.
