This matter was heard for some time. We find that the learned Advocate representing the Petitioner, is herself an Accused in the proceedings initiated by Respondent No.2 (Original Complainant). Criminal Revision Application No. 31 of 2025, filed by Respondent No.2, is pending before the Revisional Court. The Original Miscellaneous Application No. 1173 of 2023, filed by the Complainant under Section 340 of the Cr.P.C. read with Section 191 punishable under Section 193 of the IPC, has been dismissed under Laxmi 1/2

7 wp 3402-25.odt Section 203 of the Cr.P.C. by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Vasai vide order dated 2nd May, 2024.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this Petition with a request that Criminal Revision Application No. 31 of 2025, be expedited before the Revisional Court. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions. Considering the age of the present Petitioner, around 79 years, would be a factor to be considered by the Revisional Court for an expeditious hearing in the pending Criminal Revision.
