DATE : 02nd JULY, 2025 P.C.:- 1) At the outset, learned A.P.P. on instructions from Mr.Mahesh Lonkar, HC, Sangavi Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad, submitted that, after completion of the investigation of the present crime, the Police have filed charge-sheet on 26th December, 2024 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pimpri and the same is numbered as R.C.C. No. 363 of 2023. 2) In view thereof, learned Advocate for Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to file an Application for discharge before the trial Court. 2.1) Leave and liberty granted.
