The petitioner states that while he was attached with the office of the Collector between the period 1985 to 2021 he witnessed gross misconduct and financial malpractices by the respondent no.5. 2.
No one appears for the petitioner even after the recess. 3.
The petitioner seeks a direction for investigating the matter by a Special Investigating Agency.

This writ petition is apparently an abuse of the process of the Court. The petitioner who says that he was attached with the office of the Collector since 1985 does not provide any plausible reason why he did not lodge a complaint in the last 35 years. 5.
Writ Petition No. 3433 of 2025 is dismissed.
