We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned Addl. PP for some time.

The learned Addl. PP submits, on instructions from the Officer present in the Court, that in response to the notice dated 16th June, 2025, which is impugned in this Petition, the Petitioner may tender a written response and send it through some messenger or by any other mode, including via email. The response will be taken on record, and the file will thereafter be closed. The police authorities would initiate action only upon 1/2

Trupti 10-wp-3441-2025 receipt of a complaint that requires investigation in accordance with the procedure laid down by law.

Suit (L) No. 3844 of 2020 is pending before this Court. We, therefore, deem it appropriate to record that the Police Authorities would be extremely cautious and would avoid initiation of any procedure which is likely to impact the issues, which are covered by the said Suit. 4.
