The petitioner prays for the following reliefs :- "i.

That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash impugned FIR No.0113 of 2025 to the extent of the Petitioner i.e. accused No.4 Suhas Kashinath Nalawade registered with Otur Police Station, Pune for offences punishable u/s. 108, 115 & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023.

ii.

That this Hon'ble be pleased to stay the effect, implementation, execution and all further proceedings arising out of the impugned FIR No. 0113 of 2025 to the extent of Petitioner i.e. accused No.4 Suhas Kashinath Nalawade registered with Otur Police Station, Pune u/s. 108, 115 & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 during the pendency of the present writ petition.

That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to restrain the Respondent No.1 & its officials from charge sheeting the Petitioner & conducting an investigation with reference to the impugned FIR No.0113 of 2025 registered with Otur Police Station, Pune u/s. 108, 115 & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 during the pendency of the writ petition to the extent of the Petitioner i.e. accused No.4 Suhas Kashinath Nalawade;

That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to restrain the Respondent No.1 & its officials from taking any coercive action against the Petitioner i.e. accused No.4 Suhas Kashinath Nalawade with reference to the impugned FIR No.0113 of 2025 registered with Otur Police Station, Pune u/s. 108, 115 & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 during the pendency of the writ petition.

That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant interim & ad-interim reliefs in terms of prayer clause (ii), (iii) & (iv). vi.

Any other reliefs be granted as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, proper and adequate."

Ms. Kalyani Mangave, the learned counsel for the petitioner tenders a letter dated 14th December 2025 addressed to her by the petitioner instructing her to withdraw the writ petition, which is taken on record. She, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail of the remedy available to the petitioner in accordance with law.

Writ Petition No. 3453 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
