1.
The learned APP has placed on record a photostat copy of today's "Prisoner's Medical Report" dated 9th July, 2025, generated by the Chief Medical Officer, Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai. He himself is present in the Court hall. The said report is marked as 'X' for identification. Copy of the same is handed over to the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. 2.
Considering the record available, it is apparent that the Petitioner has been taken to the J. J. Hospital for treatment, in tune with the Order of the Mane 1/2
911- WP-3464-25.odt learned Sessions Court dated 14th February, 2025. Apparently, the Petitioner has suppressed this fact of treatment in the J.J. Hospital. The learned Advocate is apologetic for the stress caused to the learned APP. He, however, makes a request that in future, whenever the Petitioner is taken to the hospital for treatment, a medical report as regards the treatment may be generated so as to enable the Petitioner to understand what is the treatment that is prescribed and what is the treatment that is being administered. 3.
We, therefore, request the Chief Medical Officer of Taloja Central Prison to generate such medical reports and to handover the copy to the Petitioner through the Jail Superintendent.
4.
The learned Advocate submits that the Petitioner is satisfied and this Petition may be disposed off.
5.
In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. [GAUTAM A. ANKHAD, J.] [RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.] Mane 2/2
