(2018) 2 SCC 309, decision of High Court of Kerala in "Jumalla D/o Aboobacker v. Abdul Gafoor & Ors." 2012 SCC OnLine Ker 8955 and decision of High Court of Madras in "Minor Gaurav Murali v. Zonal Deputy Tahsildar & Ors." 2024 SCC OnLine Mad 1714 to support this habeas corpus petition with a prayer that the respondents may be directed to produce the minor child before this Court.
