DATED : 9th SEPTEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) In this Petition, the previous Division Bench had passed a detailed order dated 23rd July 2025, after making observations in paragraph 5, in paragraph 6, it was clearly mentioned that nothing further survives in this Petition. However, in paragraph 7, it was observed that "At the request of the learned Advocates appearing for the parties, the matter was adjourned only to note if any reconciliation was possible." According to that observation, the matter is listed before us.

2) Today, both the learned Counsel, on instructions, of their respective parties stated before the Court that the parties are willing to explore a possibility of the settlement through reconciliation process. Considering 1/2

H.C. SHIV 29.w3473.25.doc this reasonable stand taken by both the parties, the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Center of this Court on 23rd September, 2025 at 11.00 am. The Officer In-charge of the Mediation Center shall appoint a suitable counsellor from their panel to make an attempt to bring about the settlement between the parties. Considering that the welfare of the child is paramount, the mediation process shall be conducted on urgent basis. 3) Stand over to 11th November, 2025.
