In the wake of the detailed order dated 23/07/2025 and the further order dated 9/09/2025, referring the parties to mediation, we are informed that mediation has failed.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner expresses concern about the education of the child, and we share his concern. The child is now 11 years old and definitely is capable of exercising her preferences, but it should not happen that she take lopsided decision based upon influence of the custodial parent, and since we are also concerned about continuation of her education, and if she was studying in J.B. Petit High School in Mumbai earlier, she must continue to avail the same standard of education, we direct listing of the petition on 19/11/2025 at 2:45 p.m. in the Chamber. (SHYAM C.
