1.

9-WP-3481-25.odt d) On 24th June 2025, the Petitioners filed this Petition. e) On 12th July, 2025 and on 19th July 2025, Mr. Mali appeared before the Police Station and has given a detailed statement on the second day. f) On 21st July 2025, the proceedings are closed. 2.

The Petitioners have a grievance, that without verifying the complaint of Mr.Mali, notices came to be issued to the Petitioners. Here before for the same reason, the said Mr. Mali had filed a similar complaint and an FIR bearing No.302/2023 has been registered, a charge-sheet has been filed and the Special Case No.04/2024 has been committed to the Court. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. 4.

As regards the grievance of the Petitioners that the Petitioners are being harassed by repeated filing of complaints by Mr. Raju Mali, for the same reason, we would expect the Police Station to be more vigilant and avoid taking cognizance, if in the same cause, cognizance has already been taken.
