The Petitioners have not even approached the Police Station. The prayer to register an FIR is put forth. Petitioner No.1 is unconnected with the issue. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions submits that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition and that, Petitioner No.2 would approach the Authority as may be permissible in law. 3.
