The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayers:

"a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue Writ of Prohibition or any other appropriate Order/Order's direction/directions for preventing the criminal proceedings in connection with the F.I.R. being F.I.R. No. 406 of 2018 lodged with the Narpoli Police Station, Bhiwandi District: Thane and pending before Judicial Magistrate (First Class) 2nd Court at Bhiwandi and verifying its legality, please be issue Order and direction for setting aside/quashed the vexatious and frivolous aforesaid F.I.R. lodged by the Respondent No. 2;

(b) Interim and ad-interim relief in terms of prayer Clause (a) above be granted;

(c) Cost of the Petition be provided for;"
