He tendered across the bar, a photocopy of customer acknowledgment issued by the Indian Bank, Nallasopara West Branch, alongwith photocopy of the passbook indicating that the said amount of Rs.1,00,000/- is transferred in the account of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy and Research Center.
