1) In view of the deliberation in the Court on 4th July 2025 and 8th July 2025, the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai, has transferred the investigation of the present crime i.e. C.R. No. 82 of 2025 registered with Bangur Nagar Police Station, Mumbai to the D.C.B. C.I.D. Unit-11, Mumbai. The Joint Commissioner of Police (Crimes) by his Office Order dated 9th July 2025 has directed the Incharge Police Inspector, Unit-11, DCB CID, Mumbai, to collect all the documents of present crime from the Senior Police Inspector attached to Bangur Nagar Police Station, Mumbai and start further 1/2

Osk 10-Wp-3582-2025.doc investigation. The Joint Commissioner of Police has also directed the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Prevention-I) of Crime Branch to have a Plan of Enquiry in that behalf.

1.1) The photocopy of Office Order dated 9th July 2025, duly signed by the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai and a photocopy of Office Order dated 9th July 2025, duly signed by the Joint Commissioner of Police (Crimes), Mumbai are taken on record.

2) In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner as of today is worked out.
