The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions that since the chargesheet has already been filed, the Petitioner would move the Trial Court seeking further investigation and for addition of particular Sections of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. He, therefore, prays for leave to withdraw this Petition. 2.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.
