The Petitioner is seeking directions to Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Panvel to expedite Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 283 of 2020 pending before him. It is submitted that since 2020 the Application is pending and there is no progress in the matter. Presently the Petitioner is unemployed and has no income. Therefore, at least Interim Application needs to be taken on board by the concerned Court urgently.
