This Court by Order dated 14th October 2025 referred the matter to the Main Mediation Centre, High Court, Bombay for appointment of suitable Mediator.

The Main Mediation Centre has appointed Ms. Pooja Narvekar, learned Advocate of this Court as Mediator. 3.

Mr. Dhamal, learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. Madane, learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 state that with the assistance of the learned Mediator, both the parties have settled the dispute.

The learned Mediator has sent report dated 28th November 2025 enclosing copy of the Consent Terms executed between the parties.

The Petitioner No.1, Petitioner No.3 as also Respondent No.1 are personally present in the Court. They state that the dispute between the parties is settled in terms of the Consent Terms and the Consent Terms are signed by them. The Consent Terms annexed to the report dated 28th November 2025 are signed by the Petitioner No.1 and Petitioner No.3. The Consent Terms are also signed by the Respondent No.1. The Consent Terms are also signed by Mr. Vishal Dhamal, learned Advocate for the Petitioners and by Mr. Janardan Madane, learned Advocate for the Respondent No.1. Both the learned Advocates identify signatures of the respective parties. The Petitioner No.2 has filed Affidavit stating that the Consent Terms are agreeable to her and she will comply with the Consent Terms.

Accordingly, the Mediation Report dated 28th November 2025 alongwith the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The statements made by both the parties in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings given to this Court. 8.

In view of above, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.

This Court places on record appreciation of the efforts taken by Ms. Pooja Narvekar, learned Advocate of this Court appointed as Mediator.
