The petitioner has filed this writ petition for quashing of the First Information Report with the following prayers: "(a) This Hon'ble Court by passing appropriate writ, order or direction, be pleased to quash the criminal proceedings initiated against the present petitioner vide C.R. No. 540 of 2024 registered at Nayanagar Police Station for offence u/s.498A, 354, 376, 377, 323,504,506 & 34 of IPC. (b) That the concerned police may be directed to not to file chargesheet during the pendency of the present Petition.

(c) Ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) may please be granted.

(d) Such other and further relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

No one appeared for the petitioner on 4th December 2025. Today also none appears for the petitioner.
