The learned Addl.PP submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner visited the Kurla Police Station and before his statement could be recorded, he walked away. After a few days, he issued an Advocate's notice dated 31st January, 2025. If the Petitioner approaches the police station and records his statement, the said complaint will be looked into. Even without the lodging of the complaint, the grievance voiced in the Advocate's notice was also considered and an inquiry was commenced. 1/2

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioner will attend the concerned police station on 4th August, 2025 at 12.00 noon and get his statement recorded. If he desires to give a written complaint, the same shall also be tendered.
