Heard learned Advocate for the Petitioner and learned APP. 2.
While granting anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, the Additional Sessions Judge has directed him to submit his passport to the concerned investigating officer. This Court's order dated 17.03.2025 is on page no. 89. The passport is already surrendered to the investigating officer.

16. WP 3654 of 2025.doc investigation is not complete. There is an observation in the impugned order. Today, no one is present from the concerned Police Station. 4.
The Petitioner has applied for the return of the passport before the Court, on which he has imposed a condition. It was rejected as per order dated 09.05.2025 (on page 93). That is why the present petition. 5.
The learned Advocate made the following submissions:- (i) His client is having a visa from the Kuwait Government and as per the circular issued by the said Government, if foreigner stays outside Kuwait for a period exceeding six months without approval from the Ministry of Interior, their residence expires. The six months duration is about to expire on 11.08.2025. (ii) His family members consisting of his wife and children are staying at Kuwait. He wants to go back to Kuwait. (iii) The validity of the passport is till October 2025. 6.
The learned APP seeks time to take instructions. Let this matter be kept on 05.08.2025, high on board.
