During pendency of the Application filed under Section 143A of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, learned 5th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kolhapur on 29.11.2024 directed Accused Nos. 1 to 3 to pay jointly and severally 10% of the amount of the cheque by way of an interim compensation. This Order was challenged by the Petitioner who is the Original Accused No. 2 before the Revisional Court which was dismissed on 01.07.2025 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kolhapur. 3.
