The petitioner seeks a direction to the Senior Inspector of Police at Kalachowki Police Station to lodge a First Information Report on his complaint.

The petitioner states in paragraph no.4 of this writ petition that the police Authorities have refused to register a First Information Report stating that the dispute is of civil nature. 3.

The petitioner has produced copy of the report dated 4th April 2025.

In the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition and the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail of remedy as available to him in law.
