CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE & GAUTAM A. ANKHAD, JJ.

DATE : 8th JULY, 2025 P.C. :- 1.

We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. It is not disputed and, as a matter of fact, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner has disclosed to the Court that an Application Exhibit-94, seeking temporary bail to perform certain religious rights of his deceased father, is pending before the Special Court in N.I.A Special Case No.1929 of 2023. He has also disclosed that the SUNNY THOTE

905-WP-3665-2025-(CR).odt regular Court is on leave till 13th July, 2025, and time is important for the Petitioner since he needs an order.

2.

The learned Advocates for the respective sides have assured the Court that each of them would not take more than 30 minutes before the Special Court, while canvassing Exhibit-94 application.

3.

Considering the above, as the regular Court would be resuming its duties on 14th July, 2025, we direct that Exh. 94 be listed on the same day. The parties would advance their submission on Application Exhibit-94 by sticking to the time limit as is assured to this Court. Since the 20th day ceremony of the Petitioner's deceased father is scheduled on 17th July, 2025, we would expect the Special Court to pass the order on or before 16th July, 2025. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. (GAUTAM A. ANKHAD, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) SUNNY THOTE
