We have perused the order passed by this Court (Coram: Nitin W. Sambre & Sachin Deshmukh, JJ) dated 9th June, 2025 in Writ Petition (St.) No. 2982 of 2025, filed by the present Petitioner. The request of the Petitioner to withdraw the Petition on instructions is recorded in paragraph 2 of the said order and the Petition was dismissed as withdrawn. Laxmi 1/2

For clarity, we are reproducing the order dated 9th June, 2025 hereunder:- "P.C.:

Not on board. Upon mentioning, taken on production board.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. 3.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn." 3.

It appears from the above order that the Petitioner had sought the production of the said Petition and withdrawn the same. Now a new Petition is filed in the same cause. This amounts to forum shopping. 4.

After this matter was heard for some time, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition.

This Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

If the Petitioner avails of any other remedy, as is permissible in law, including for seeking release on bail, all contentions to the extent of the said cause of action, are kept open.
