This cannot be termed as an Affidavit affirmed by the Petitioner in rejoinder to the Affidavit in reply filed by the Respondent No.2.

3-wp-3770-25 permission to file fresh Affidavit in rejoinder in response to the Affidavit in reply filed by the Respondent No.2. 3.

In the interest of justice, permission is granted. Affidavit in rejoinder shall be filed within a period of one week from today. 4.
